I love arrows painted on canvas… when I saw the original painting by Paul Klee with its arrows I had to make my own version. This is the second version I did inspired by Mr. Klee’s painting. You can see my first version in the second photo.

I feel a closeness with certain artists, their style and vibe – Miro and Klee in particular. I bought a book about Klee in 1993 and his piece “Mural in the Temple of Longing” really captured my imagination. I would stare at it for long periods of time. I love staring at a good art piece that causes your eyes to constantly move around the painting trying to take it all in…
